A list of reasons why Ron-bashing is sick:

 

1.) He's Harry's best friend.  Friends are part of who you are, so if you hate Ron you hate Harry.

2.) He offered his life TWICE for his friends.  Again, if you hate Ron you must also want Harry and Hermione to die!

3.) He beat Professor McGonagall in chess!

4.) He got jealous of Harry ONCE you realize how little that is?  There were tons of other times he could've been.  Maybe if you were in his shoes, you'd probably be hurt too.  This ONE time is nothing if counted against the overwhelming times he's gone above and beyond for Harry.

5.) He's witty.

6.) He knows when "That's sick.  That's really sick."
